Subscribe once and your shifts turn up in your normal Calendar app — and they keep themselves up to date every time you change the rota. Nothing to re-send.
Each person has their own private link showing only their shifts. It also goes out in their rota email, so normally you don't need to do anything here.
Put each person's yearly entitlement in days. Part-timers get less — the legal minimum is 5.6 weeks of whatever they normally work (so somebody in 3 days a week gets about 17 days). "Brought forward" is anything carried over from last year.
Everyone gets their own shifts at the top, then the full team rota and the opening times underneath. It goes out as if you'd typed it yourself.
Everybody's details in one place — email, mobile, who to ring in an emergency, when they started and what hours they're on. Tap a name to open their details. Put their email address in once and the rota emails will find them every week.
These are the shop's usual hours. Change them here if the centre changes its times for good.
Add a one-off date here and it beats the normal times just for that day. It shows in red on the rota and in the emails, so nobody misses it.
This fills in a run of dates for you — you can edit or delete any of them afterwards.
